HIGH CREST LAKE PROPERTY RENOVATION

We were called to this clients home to discuss a multi-phase landscape design install. The property was just purchased by a couple who wanted to be able to enjoy the views of the lake but also be able to use the very steep back yard area. We started by terracing off the back yard into three usable levels. The lowest level we cleared over grown brush and trees that obstructed the view to the lake. We installed a new bulk head on the lake with new floating dock. From the bulk head we made steps leading to the paver patio that gives you access to a water sports storage shed and to the sandy beach. From the beach you can walk up a natural stone stepping path to the newly sodded second level that leads to the back porch. Our second landscape design phase was to re-design the entrance to the house and give it some curb appeal. Removing an outdated concrete walkway and porch, we installed a new paver walkway with landscape curbing to make a buffer zone between the new walkway and new foundation planting.
